- Cancellations made within 06 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 100% charge for the first night.
- Cancellations made within 04 days prior to the date of arrival or absence in the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 100% charge.
* Large groups (6 - 20 rooms):
- Cancellations made 17 days to 10 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 50% charge for the first night.
- Cancellations made 10 days to 16 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 100% charge for the first night.
- Cancellations made within 06 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 100% charge
Booking in peak season, holidays, Tet is not allowed to cancel or change. Every change about days and number of rooms is considered as cancellation, cancellation policy will be applied.
