Hotel Payment Policy:
In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in sufficient credit credentials for payment of accommodations must be provided through the authorisation of a debit or credit card. When a debit or credit card is presented for authorisation, please be advised that a credit hold in the amount of guest room charges, applicable taxes and a provision for incidental charges will be placed on the banking account. Cash payment upon check out is acceptable.
Indoor Heated Pool & Whirlpool:
The indoor heated swimming pool and whirlpool are located on “B” level. The pool and whirlpool are open from 5:00 am to midnight and are accessible by using your room key. No lifeguard is on duty. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Children and Extra beds Policy
* Maximum 01 child in per room .
- Under 06 year-ol children: Free breakfast and sharing bed with parents.
- 6 - 12 year-old children sharing bed with parents: VND175.000/child including breakfast.
- 12 year-old and older children: considered as adult.
- Extra bed: depends on extra bed's capacity, it can be replaced by cextra cushion: VND 660.000 per night.
Cancellation/changing services policy
